A not-for-profit, multi-hospital health system seeks a skilled Laborist to join its collaborative team in Mishawaka, IN, part of greater South Bend. Work alongside Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and NICU support while enjoying a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Candidates must be a board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN. Opportunity Highlights

• Provide OB services only, with no GYN surgical responsibilities
• Choose from flexible schedules : seven 24-hour shifts or fourteen 12-hour shifts per month
• Travel-friendly role—providers are not required to live in the area
• The incoming OBGYN Laborist will j oin a dedicated team with 24 / 7 Laborist coverage, NICU, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine support
• Work in a hospital averaging 250 deliveries annually
• Support Family Medicine residents and manage emergency OB cases on the OB and postpartum floors
• Full-time W2 employment with malpractice coverage, including tail insurance
• Eligible for Indiana's student loan forgiveness program with up to $40K available
• Relocation assistance is provided per policy
