• Rounding is assigned & unassigned
• Average 10 patients, Average 4 admissions
• Average 2 phone consults
• 1 : 3 call ratio
• 30 minute response time required
• 23 beds in department
• 2 RNs, 1 MA on staff
• Trauma level : 2
• Required skills : Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff), Ventilation Management (Newborn) (Acute), Intubation (ETT / NT) (newborn & pediatrics), UVC, UAC, Lumbar puncture, Needle pneumothorax, Decompression, X-ray interpretation
