Product Manager

Job Description Our cybersecurity client is hiring a Cybersecurity Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cybersecurity solutions that safeguard critical infrastructure and industrial environments.

This is a high-impact role focused on developing innovative cybersecurity products tailored for IT, OT, and hybrid systems, ensuring resilience across energy and industrial ecosystems.

This role would be hybrid in Boston, 3 days a week.

Full-time Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or business; Master’s degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with OT / ICS environments, cloud security, or endpoint protection is highly desirable
• Proven ability to balance technical depth with business acumen and user-centric design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in agile environments with a strong focus on product-market fit.
