The IT Help Desk Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring our technology serves our mission effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance through phone, email, or in-person requests.
- Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on various platforms, including Windows Pro, Chrome / Edge, Android, and iOS.
- Create, track, and manage support tickets, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including corporate phone system tasks.
- Maintain IT documentation, manage asset tracking, and uphold company standards for security and policies.
Requirements
An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical individuals.Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and patient demeanor, dedicated to providing exceptional service.Effective time management abilities and a commitment to technical growth and career development.Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
