Portfolio Community Manager - HOAMCO (Las Vegas, NV)

HOAMCO has an opening for a full-time Portfolio Community Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Portfolio Community Manager will actively support respective community values, vision, and philosophies while demonstrating a leadership style that ensures Boards and residents are served with professionalism and a high level of satisfaction.  The Portfolio Community Manager acts as the liaison between HOAMCO and the assigned communities.

Qualifications :

• Must hold a current Nevada Certified Community Manager (CCM) certificate issued by the Nevada Real Estate Division in accordance with NRS 116A / NAC 116A.
• CMCA(R) or higher national designation (AMS(R), PCAM(R)) - Preferred.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Community Association Manager preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

Acquire and maintain a full working knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to common-interest communities, as well as the governing documents of each Association.

Adhere to, review, and / or approve items as specified by Association or HOAMCO procedures, including but not limited to : budget variations, proposed expenditures, financial statements, collections, insurance and maintenance contracts.

Maintain accurate and organized Association records, including legal documents, property deeds, member rosters, contracts, annual reports and meeting minutes.

Review contractua l services and on-site work as needed, ensuring all vendors meet compliance requirements for insurance and licensing.

Attend all HOAMCO training classes, meetings and seminars as requested.
