Position Summary :

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Associate's Degree Nursing (ADN) Required

Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Licenses :

Current RN license in the state of Kentucky

Certifications :

ACLS, BLS & PALS- all within 30 days of hire.
