About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and be the friendly, go-to person who helps our customers with their printing, shipping, and business service needs. As a Customer Support Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Youll greet customers, be the expert who provides personalized solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the business. This hands-on role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and business servicesBe an expert on available products / services and recommend personalized solutionsOperate printing and shipping software and equipmentCoordinate with vendors to fulfill design and printing jobsMaintain store appearance and manage inventorySupport with administrative tasks and general store operationsRequirements
