REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required. Prior patent prosecution experience preferred. USPTO registration number preferred. Previous work experience in 4G / 5G telecommunications is required.
