The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Annual Giving to lead a transformational role in the institution's philanthropic landscape. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of donor behavior, digital fundraising, and volunteer engagement, as well as a proven track record in designing and scaling fundraising programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at project management, and comfortable with change and ambiguity. They should be an expert in communication, a strong people manager, and a data-informed decision-maker. A collaborative, service-minded approach, and a passion for education and its role in society, are essential. The Executive Director will be expected to lead with emotional intelligence, connecting tactical work to broader institutional goals, and fostering a culture of joy, curiosity, and shared success.
