Education : Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field. Experience : Previous experience in laboratory settings, particularly with point-of-care testing. Certification : Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred. Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data management and laboratory information systems.

Oversee daily operations of point-of-care testing.

Develop and implement training programs for staff on POCT procedures and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and quality control.
