We provide a full suite of patient engagement and workflow tools, including online scheduling, automated reminders, mobile forms, two-way texting, digital payments, reputation management, and insurance verification all designed to deliver a better experience for both patients and dental practices.

Our Client Onboarding Liaisons are highly motivated, organized professionals who play a key role in guiding dental practices through successful onboarding and training with Flex. This position focuses on ensuring practices feel confident using our software through effective implementation support, relationship-building, and clear communication. This role requires strong instructional skills and the ability to translate technical workflows into simple, practical steps for dental teams. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams and may occasionally assist with basic support questions during onboarding. This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarding dental practices.
• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to help clients adopt Flex efficiently.
• Guide clients through implementation tasks, product setup, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related questions or blockers quickly.
• Maintain accurate tracking of onboarding progress and communicate timelines proactively.
• Stay informed on industry trends, dental terminology, and updates to Flex and Open Dental software to continually improve onboarding effectiveness.
