Senior Analyst - Care Delivery Forecasting & Strategy

Our Care Delivery Planning & Strategy team is seeking a Senior Analyst to support forecasting efforts for multiple service lines at Included Health. The candidate will drive efforts around demand and headcount forecasting based on marketing efforts and new bookings with key stakeholders, providing insights on variance to prior forecasts across clients, service lines and channels and assist in defining the requirements for key data pipelines & reporting. The ideal candidate for this remote role will have demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to solve problems at both strategic & tactical levels and will play a critical role in allowing Included Health to grow at scale. This role is a strong fit for candidates who enjoy applying data-driven solutions to address a range of complex challenges in support of our ambitious mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone.

Responsibilities :

• Create and deliver demand and headcount forecasts for multiple service lines at Included Health in service of balancing member experience, financial targets, and client relationships
• Support our product & engineering teams in developing and managing data pipelines and reporting that measure the product line's historical demand performance, variance drivers, and operational metrics of effective service delivery
• Work closely with product line Care & Clinical leaders to understand the nuances of the service lines and how to most effectively meet member needs across Care & Clinical staff

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are :

Zone A : $94,070 - $122,290 + equity + benefits

Zone B : $103,477 - $134,519 + equity + benefits

Zone C : $112,884 - $146,748 + equity + benefits

Zone D : $122,291 - $158,977 + equity + benefits

Base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
