General Attorney - Corporate

Flagship is seeking an experienced General Attorney to join its Legal Team, reporting to Flagship's Vice President, Legal. This position will be located and work out of Flagship's Southlake, Texas Office 3 days per week. If you are an attorney who has worked at Law Firms and are looking to branch into inhouse / corporate this could be the role for you!

The Attorney will be responsible for negotiating a broad range of complex commercial and vendor agreements, providing strategic negotiation, risk assessment, management, and drafting support for Flagship's Sales and Procurement teams, as well as driving ongoing improvement of Flagship's contracting processes, systems, and tools.
