Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Administer medications as directed by nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
