Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Administration
Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll requests, payroll checks, and W-2 review and approvalManage state-specific payroll reporting and maintain Unicap spreadsheetsOversee expatriate tax processes to ensure accurate complianceBenefits Administration
Lead ACA administration, including updating and reviewing ACA forms prior to annual distributionTake a central role in annual open enrollment, including system setup, vendor coordination, materials review, and employee supportPrepare and deliver annual open enrollment presentationsMaintain and update the monthly benefits spreadsheetOversee benefits vendor invoice processing, including reconciliation and accuracy checksLead benefits communications and assist employees with benefit-related inquiriesLeave & Compliance
Oversee leave of absence management to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirementsSupport Workers’ Compensation activities, including documentation and audit preparationManage and respond to audit requests related to payroll, benefits, and complianceFinancial & Administrative Support
Process and manage invoices related to payroll, benefits, and HR operationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and documentationPerform other duties as assignedMust-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field6+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and complianceStrong knowledge of HR principles and practices, payroll standards, and benefit administrationExcellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilitiesPreferred Qualifications :
Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
