Job Summary

The Repair Technician diagnose adjusts repairs installs and troubleshoots all product issues and their root causes on current and vintage products.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts.
• Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status.
• Install products and accessories as required to complete service on first attempt. Employ all necessary measures to overcome challenges that hinder job completion including all heights.
• Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer.
• Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well-organized maintained and professional vehicle.
• Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer including time of visit.
• Maintain accurate neat and organized paperwork including timecards and service orders.
• Convey a neat clean friendly and professional appearance.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Service Supervisor.
