We added two new sales teams to our North American HQ in Chicago to start FY25 and due to rapid growth are adding a third! We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to build and lead a new team of this role you will own revenue generation coaching / development and performance of 8 mid-market Account Executives.
Responsibilities : Key Functions :
- Own team quotas forecast accurately and drive consistent monthly attainment.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor teams performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process.
- Participate in key prospect calls negotiations and deal strategy discussions
Process Tools & Enablement :
Refine sales messaging discovery frameworks and objection-handling techniques.Ensure full adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce Salesloft Gong).Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to equip reps with competitive intel product updates and sales assetsDevelopment of Account Executives :
Recruit train and onboard new sellers.Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback through weekly 1 : 1s team meetings and ad-hoc training.Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.Sales Strategy and Planning :
Collaborate with North American Head of Sales to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.Analyze market trends prospect needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to expand market share.Sales Reporting Forecast and Analysis :
Deliver regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.Provide accurate timely forecasting to Head of SalesAnalyze sales data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities adjusting strategy based on insightsWe value your personality and passion!

We are looking for someone who :
has 4 years in SaaS sales leadership building & coaching high performing teams and individuals.has previous experience selling into B2B (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and was responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to salesfosters a culture of performance and accountabilityhas a positive and caring attitude paired with a growth mindsetis located in the Chicagoland area and can work a hybrid schedule in our beautiful North American HQ T / W / TH each week located at 125 S.
