Scope Of The Role

We are seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed eCommerce Operations & Planning Manager to support growth across Amazon, Shopify, and additional marketplaces. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day rhythm of operationsinventory management, supplier coordination, demand forecasting, and ensuring products flow seamlessly from factory to customer.

You will report directly to the Head of Retention and serve as a critical operational partner, owning logistics, planning, and execution. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on efficiency, profitability, and scale.

Duties And Responsibilities

Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain

• Manage inventory flow across Amazon, Shopify, and other sales channels
• Ensure optimal stock levels across all fulfillment locations
• Monitor inbound / outbound shipments for efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners on lead times, POs, and freight schedules
