Tech Writer - Documentation / Publishing Specialist - Hybrid

Genesis10 is seeking a Documentation / Publishing Specialist for a 7-month contract position in Chandler, AZ. Compensation : $35.63 per hour, w2. Schedule : Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) Overview : On this assignment, consultants will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze basic or tactical Technology Business Systems Consulting assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting. Required Qualifications : Strong publishing and documentation expertise. 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience Ability to lead or participate in developing documentation or document publishing strategy, policy, and guidelines Can participate in establishing publication guidelines, conduct procedure audits and certifications, or manage procedure timeline and pipeline Skilled in reviewing and editing material authored by others Able to design and develop technical project artifacts, Job Aides, technical training materials, for Windows and Mac OS, and related products Ability to complete quality control assessments of the work performed by the team Able to recommend and document business procedures and best practices, identifying process gaps and offering alternatives Experience to serve as team lead or escalation point Ability to collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Partners with clients to review audience and develop a strategy to address technical documentation needs If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
