Hennepin Health is a health maintenance organization (HMO), owned by Hennepin County, providing coverage of Medicaid and MinnesotaCare services through its contracts with the State of Minnesota, Client (Client). Hennepin Health is seeking an IT project management consultant to manage all phases of a project to implement a new care management system (SCM). The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the project from initiation to completion, ensuring that it meets the organization's goals and objectives.

The project management consultant will work closely with the project team, including stakeholders from Hennepin Health and the client, to define project scope, develop a project plan, and manage project resources. The consultant will also be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project management, with a strong background in healthcare IT systems and processes. The consultant should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
