Temporary Program Aide
Location : Perris, CA
Pay : $16.50 per hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday (afternoon to evening) + some weekends. 24-32 hrs a week.
Assignment Length : 3 months (with potential extension)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Program Aide for a short-term assignment in Perris, CA. This role involves performing routine clerical and program support duties, along with occasional work at park sites or facilities. The assignment is expected to last three months , with the possibility of extension based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic cashiering and handle routine office transactions.
- Answer phones, greet patrons, and provide general customer service.
- Complete clerical tasks including light typing, data entry, copying, filing, and preparing flyers / calendars.
- Prepare routine reports on participation and activities.
- Assist with supervision and tasks at park sites or facilities when required.
- Support staff with other routine office or field duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience preferred.Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.Why Apply?
