Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills. Once trained, perform specimen collection and processing following established procedures. High level of customer service skills. 1 2 years of client-facing customer service (such as retail or home health aide). Keyboard / data entry experience. Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the supervisor. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Maintain required records and documentation. Demonstrate organizational commitment and a positive image to patients, clients, and employees. Learn and apply new skills as needed. Strong customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Description :
- The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the company to patients who arrive for routine health visits or important test needs.
- This individual greets patients, answers questions with care and compassion, maintains the waiting area, and assists with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
- Training on phlebotomy skills will be provided to support growth within the company.
- The role requires creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
