Director Strategy and Transformation

Location : Boca Raton FL (On-site 5 days / week)

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Director Strategy and Transformation reporting to the CEO and right hand in driving growth operational excellence and value creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of executive leadership operations and private equity

leading high-impact initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate of a top-tier MBA program and / or has professional experience in strategy consulting investment banking business transformation and / or project

management combined with direct exposure to manufacturing personal care or pharmaceutical industries. The role requires a mix of analytical rigor strategic insight executional drive and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced private-equity backed environment.

From Day 1 this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by executing and managing strategic initiatives overseeing program management and clearly communicating

objectives to departments. This role will be tasked with overseeing large cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning the entire organization. This role involves bringing together functional experts and individual contributors toward execution of complex this role the Director Strategy and Transformation will also be an individual contributor owning and leading one-time and ongoing initiatives. This individual will have proven ability to drive decision-making processes ensuring that projects stay on track communicating with the management team and the board of directors and ensuring ongoing alignment with the companys strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives & Execution

• Partner with the CEO and private equity sponsor to define and drive enterprise-wide priorities.
• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution utilizing senior leadership and department heads for execution plan KPI development and monitoring. Examples include zero-based budgeting operational efficiencies and growth initiatives.
