We are seeking a mission-oriented and skilled Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure, to join our Information Services for Research group at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In this role, you will work with our teams of experienced architects and engineers to deliver solutions to our researchers and research community at Cincinnati Children's.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do :
As a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and project management skills to the team, with a focus on both internal and vendor collaborations. They will coordinate and help prioritize work for the teams they directly support, manage vendor relationships, and demonstrate sufficient technical expertise to make informed decisions without a technical lead present. The candidate should have a background in infrastructure and hardware, be technically savvy with helpful IT knowledge, manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee backlogs and future enhancements, and effectively communicate with stakeholders as part of project intake and management. Additionally, they will be responsible for setting up meetings, coordinating activities, building and familiarizing with dashboards in ServiceNow, systematically approaching infrastructure project management, maintaining thorough documentation, and planning focused meetings.
