Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist Opportunity in Charlotte, NCFull TimePermanent Position Position Overview : Seeking a BC / BE Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist for growing Charlotte heart failure programThis role includes contributing to the development of a destination LVAD center at Medical Center, as well as providing outreach and clinical support across our Charlotte-based hospitals.Clinical Services : - Comprehensive cardiac care, including : - Non-invasive and interventional cardiology - Cardiac imaging (CT and MRI) - Electrophysiology (CRM, ICD, atrial fibrillation ablation) - Vascular surgery (open and endovascular) - Cardiothoracic surgery (coronary revascularization, high-risk surgical valve procedures) - Structural heart and valve interventions (TAVR, MitraClip, ASD / PFO closure, VSD closure, Left Atrial Appendage Closure)Role Benefits : - Established high-volume ambulatory practice with a robust referral base- Newly developed interventional coronary and vascular program with rapid growth- Balanced call schedule- 7 weeks combined vacation and CME after obtaining supervising MD statusQualifications : - Expertise in clinical consultative cardiology- Proficiency in managing the full spectrum of heart failure cases- Fellowship training in heart failure with mechanical circulatory support preferred- Recent experience in contemporary heart failure management is ideal; new graduates welcome to applyCompensation & Benefits : - 2-year salary guarantee- Medical Group employed- Comprehensive medical and retirement benefits- Relocation allowance and CME support- Epic system-wide EHR- Malpractice coverage- Emphasis on work-life balance
