The Clinical Laboratory Team Lead oversees daily operations and ensures compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced diagnostic laboratory setting, including training and supervising staff. The role involves quality assurance, specimen evaluation, instrumentation troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate test results to support patient care. Candidates should have at least an associate degree in a relevant scientific field, experience in CLIA-certified labs, and preferably supervisory experience with certifications such as ASCP or AMT.

Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Team Leader to join our North Central Division team, West Subdivision, can be based in Indiana with additional locations based on business needs . In this position you will work in a fast paced, customer focused, and challenging environment, and will be a part of our overall mission at Labcorp : "Improving Health, Improving Lives".

• Pay Range : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Benefits :   Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
