Job Highlights

This hands-on role covers all aspects of Process Control Technology (PCT), with a focus on electrical, instrumentation, process control, and functional safety, including regular proof testing of safety-critical equipment. The PCT Engineer plays a key role in maintaining system reliability and ensuring compliance with legal, internal, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include :

• Provide technical guidance to E&I maintenance technicians
• Partner with Operations to ensure PCT reliability, maintainability, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PCT issues
• Implement and uphold PCT standards for DCS, SIS, instrumentation, and electrical systems
• Support capital projects by providing PCT expertise
• Stay current on new technologies and train team members
• Ensure compliant operation and manage obsolescence of medium and low voltage electrical systems
