Operations Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid / Remote Tempe, AZ) Contract Role | $22$25 / hour | MF, 8 : 00 AM4 : 00 PM Must be okay going on-site in Tempe on Thursdays ONLY Start Date : Targeting November 10th

We're hiring an Operations Support Lead to join a high-impact Catalog Operations team within a fast-paced, data-driven organization. This is a contracted role covering a paternity leave, guaranteed through the end of the year with a likely extension into February.

Work Location & Schedule : + Hybrid setup : Remote work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday + On-site in Tempe, AZ on Thursdays

About the Team This team ensures catalog accuracy and operational excellence across multiple verticals such as retail, grocery, pets, and convenience. They manage vendor audit workflows, quality assurance, SLA tracking, and process consistency across offshore vendor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Tracker Infrastructure
• Update and validate master trackers for clean reporting
• Support QA dashboards and data documentation
• Vendor Coordination & Capacity Tracking
• Monitor vendor capacity and workload alignment
• Flag SLA issues and coordinate around vendor holidays
• Communicate with vendor leads to ensure task consistency
• Quality & Process Reporting
• Prepare weekly QA reports and manage feedback loops
• Track recurring issues and escalate to leadership
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Share insights during performance reviews and team syncs
• Participate in discussions to improve documentation and processes

Qualifications + 12 years of experience in operations, data entry, analysis, or vendor coordination + Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, data cleaning) + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills + Experience in fast-paced, process-driven environments + Familiarity with catalog or audit operations is a plus

Training + Initial training period of 2 weeks, with flexibility to extend as needed
