Job Overview :

As the Book Sales Relationship Manager, you will support the LPL Wealth Advisors Group (WAGroup). The Book Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between LPL Advisors, internal partners and the LPL Wealth Advisors Group. This role focuses on operational excellence, resolving advisor and partner inquiries and escalations, and serving as the front-line representation of the LPL Wealth Advisors Group platform. The position plays a critical role in supporting LPL Advisors who are transitioning select investors from their practice to the LPL Wealth Advisors Group, a process referred to as 'Book Sales'. The role includes functions such as client onboarding and engagement, proactive communication and outreach, coordination of financial planning and investment services, and ensuring consistent and high-quality client experiences across digital and human touchpoints. The Book Sales Relationship Manager will leverage these practices to enhance the advisor and investor journey within the LPL Wealth Advisors Group.

Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for LPL Advisors participating in Book Sales, ensuring a seamless transition experience for investors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support the LPL Wealth Advisors Group platform.

Resolve inquiries and manage escalations from advisors and partners with a focus on timely and effective solutions.

Anticipate potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth advisor and investor experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes and enhance service delivery.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to advisor satisfaction, transition success, and operational efficiency.

Act as a liaison between LPL Advisors and the Wealth Advisors Group to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

Provide training and guidance to advisors on platform capabilities and transition procedures.

Assist Book Sales Delivery partners in conducting deep dive reviews or transiting investors

Partner with LPL WAGroup leadership to ensure timely and accurate distribution of investor outreach campaigns

Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree

3-5 years of experience in financial services industry

Experience in documenting procedures, workflows, and internal controls

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

Core Competencies :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Self-driven individual with high level of motivation, commitment to excellence & integrity, and ability to work in a cross-functional team to drive outcomes without having direct authority

Ability to research / deep dive into data and report out effectively on findings / story

Preferences :

Understanding of a virtual advice delivery platform

Proficient with use of Clientworks, Salesforce, and Smartsheet

Pay Range :

83,588-$139,313 / yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
