The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their dynamic team. This key leadership role is pivotal in delivering financial insights to support the company's growth and drive accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all territories and departments. They will also provide strategic financial support, develop long-range financial models, and assess the financial impacts of expansion opportunities. The role requires a strong background in finance, with a focus on corporate FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development, and a minimum of 3 years' executive-level experience. Prior experience in the cannabis industry, complex manufacturing, and / or CPG is essential. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Finance position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related area, with an MBA being a plus. They should have at least 10 years' of progressive experience in a finance-related role and a proven track record of leading through time-sensitive situations. Advanced modeling and presentation skills are a must, as is a strong knowledge of GAAP. The role demands a self-starter with the ability to think creatively, a high standard of accuracy and precision, and a strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the reporting process. The candidate should be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and be adept at managing multiple activities and projects. The position also involves leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance and analytics team, so strong leadership and team management skills are required.
