Key Responsibilities :
Architect & Lead : Own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB modulesStrategic Planning : Define roadmap and architectural vision in collaboration with business and technical stakeholdersIntegration Design : Lead integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, SAP, AWS, Azure, and SalesforcePlatform Optimization : Improve scalability, performance, and usability across the ServiceNow ecosystemGovernance & Security : Ensure system integrity, compliance, and security through proper access controls and governanceClient Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and process automationTeam Leadership : Mentor and support development teams, driving best-in-class development standardsDocumentation & Enhancements : Produce technical documentation and lead upgrades / feature roll-outs aligned with latest ServiceNow releasesRequirements
Required Qualifications :
5+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture, including at least 3 years in a lead / architect roleDeep platform expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSDM alignmentIntegration proficiency using REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth2, MID Server, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and update set deployment processesCertifications preferred : CSA, CAD, CTAStrong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management)Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholdersPreferred Experience :
ServiceNow modules : ITOM, HAM / SAM, CSM, CRMExperience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and automation toolsCloud platform integration experience (e.g., AWS, Azure)Benefits
