Tony Core-Farmers Insurance Agency in EUGENE, Oregon, is looking for a confident, experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, an ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in insurance and who excels in motivating others, achieving production goals, and driving consistent growth. As Sales Manager, youll oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to meet agency goals, coach and support producers, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

This position has a competitive base salary, as well as commission tied to the team's performance and additional bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.

Requirement

Required : Active insurance license (Property & Casualty; Life & Health preferred).

Required : Minimum 2-3 years of insurance sales experience, with proven success meeting production goals.

Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
