Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases, requiring a high level of accuracy and efficiency in transcribing information from various sources and maintaining both electronic and physical files.
Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Transcribe information from various sources accurately and efficiently.
- Collect data from different departments or sources and input it into spreadsheets or databases.
- Assist with basic math calculations and data analysis, including the use of Excel and pivot tables.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Ensure high accuracy while entering paper logs into spreadsheets.
- Process daily production logs into spreadsheets, handling 10-30 sheets per day.
Essential Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with at least 3 years of experience.Bilingual in Spanish & English.Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Experience with Adobe PDF is highly preferred.Work Environment :
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work location is in person, providing a collaborative and engaging office environment.Job Type & Location :
