Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet quality specifications regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee supplier quality management including selection performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Direct and mentor the quality control team managing inspection testing and documentation processes.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends drive continuous improvement and reduce defects.
