About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to provide relevant market insights, support the development / improvement of our products, and market introductions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to learn and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements and creating clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify pain points, needs, and trends.
  • Manage product roadmaps, value mapping, and prioritizing features.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
  • Own market introductions / product launches.
  • Track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, KOL evaluations, and release planning.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and users to inform product decisions.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation related to product features and functionality.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a product, business analyst, or project management role (internships or relevant experience considered).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Passion for technology and user-centered design.
