job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage marketing and broker activities for middle to larger national market accounts with a focus on social services healthcare and assisted living sectors Take ownership of small accounts working independently without an Account Manager Lead negotiations and ensure successful outcomes for clients Collaborate with the social services team and other departments to deliver exceptional service Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software (preferred but not required) to manage accounts and documentation Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting Licensure / Designations : P&C (Property and Casualty) required Strong understanding of marketing and broker work with the ability to handle accounts independently Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive self-motivated and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Local candidates preferred with the ability to commute to the office regularly
