PlumbingHVAC Design Engineer

Were seeking a candidate who is a licensed PE or EIT with significant HVAC and plumbing design experience who can provide solutions to nuanced challenges enjoys mentoring junior engineers and who demands quality while they oversee design efforts from concept through construction.

• Coordinate with architects contractors and other disciplines along with internal team members to ensure fully integrated designs
• Perform HVAC and Plumbing load calculations equipment selection and code compliance reviews
• Conduct QA / QC on plans specs and reports
• Professional Engineer (PE) License or Engineer In Training (EIT) certification
• 5 years of experience in plumbing / HVAC design
• Working knowledge of IMC UPC Energy Code and ASHRAE Standards
• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication organization and mentoring skills
