Responsibilities
Support service account managers in daily tasks and client coordination
Prepare service reports, documentation, and client correspondence
Schedule and follow up on service appointments and requests
Monitor account performance and address client inquiries promptly
Assist in resolving service-related issues with a focus on client satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or account support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
