Resource Coordinator

A company is looking for a Resource Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming resource requests related to client support needs

Communicate with clients and internal teams to assess needs and resolve issues

Maintain records and documentation in the client's CRM system

Required Qualifications

Experience operating Windows, MS Office, and other software applications

Minimum typing proficiency of 40 - 50 WPM

Strong time management skills to handle up to 100 emails per day

Ability to self-motivate in a work-at-home environment

Familiarity with common technological terms and definitions
