    • About the Role

    The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Digital Markets CRM Product team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned Technical Product Manager with a deep passion for CRM and the Markets business. This leadership role is pivotal in defining and delivering the core building blocks of the CRM platform, ensuring its stability and performance to meet the needs of the Markets business. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of the core platform, integrating advanced system entitlements, and driving the development of mobile and AI / LLM capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and overseeing the technical roadmap are key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a substantial background in Technical Product Management, a strong understanding of the Markets business and CRM systems, and a proven track record of delivering successful products. The role requires a strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in CRM systems, integration of advanced technologies, and expertise in system reliability, performance monitoring, and optimization. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in technology, with a deep understanding of technical architecture and system design, and experience in developing federated platform models and establishing governance frameworks for multi-team collaboration.
