Application Development Manager

A company is looking for an Application Development Manager to oversee and guide the implementation and maintenance of application systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the application development team in designing, building, and deploying scalable software solutions Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical requirements and drive innovation through new technologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role Proficient in software development languages such as Java, C#, .NET, and Python Experience with web and mobile application development, and understanding of cloud computing technologies like AWS and Azure Working knowledge of Azure SQL Server Managed Instances and Salesforce development
