About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Sales and Marketing to spearhead its business development and brand growth initiatives. This strategic and hands-on executive will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, marketing strategy, and client engagement to drive sustainable revenue growth and enhance the company's market position. The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and market expansion, and will have the opportunity to significantly influence the organization's long-term growth strategy. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing include the development and implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, leading and mentoring teams, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing marketing campaigns and brand development. The role also involves close collaboration with executive leadership on pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies, as well as the cultivation of strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, and a strong background in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. A Master's degree or MBA, experience in service-based industries or multi-location business models, and a background in CRM implementation and digital marketing strategy development are preferred.
