We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of remote sales professionals. You’ll be responsible for coaching agents, driving revenue, and expanding our reach across key territories. Responsibilities :

Recruit, train, and manage a team of independent sales representatives

Set performance targets and track team progress using CRM and reporting tools

Provide daily coaching, feedback, and support to improve sales outcomes

Conduct virtual meetings and lead training sessions

Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and build culture

Ensure consistent compliance with licensing and industry guidelines

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or financial services

Proven ability to lead remote teams and exceed revenue targets

Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills

Self-driven and results-focused with high integrity

Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
