Obtaining quotes to determine the best purchase option after comparing prices and Verifying all items upon arrival and ensuring delivery to the correct location. Handling the procurement process for IT equipment, including laptops, network equipment, Ensuring proper allocation and maintenance of equipment and maintaining records of asset Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of purchased IT Documentation and Reporting Maintaining up-to-date documentation of IT assets, licenses, procedures, and configurations. Creating user guides or quick reference materials for common tools or procedures. Generating regular reports on weekly Helpdesk activities.
