Digital Transformation Consultant

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at McKee-Nix & Associates you will lead initiatives that modernize business processes optimize technology usage and enable innovation across the organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership operations sales and technical teams to identify gaps design digital strategies and implement solutions that improve efficiency customer experience and overall business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assess current business processes tools and workflows to identify digital improvement opportunities.

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Recommend and implement modern technologies automation tools data-driven platforms and cloud solutions.

Lead end-to-end transformation projects from planning and design through implementation and optimization.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations enhance productivity and reduce manual processes.

Introduce and support adoption of digital tools such as CRM platforms analytics dashboards automation systems and collaboration tools.

Conduct change management activities including training documentation communication and stakeholder alignment.

Analyze key business metrics to measure transformation success and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices to guide strategy and decision-making.

Ensure that transformation initiatives align with compliance risk management and security requirements.

Provide regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and project sponsors.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

35 years of experience in digital transformation business consulting process improvement or similar roles.

Strong understanding of digital technologies automation cloud platforms and data solutions.

Experience mapping business processes analyzing workflows and designing modern solutions.

Excellent project management skills with experience leading multi-functional initiatives.

Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.

Certifications in project management business analysis or cloud technologies are a plus.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting advisory or professional services. Hands-on experience with security assessments architecture design and risk management. Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001 NIST Cybersecurity Framework CIS Controls). Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR HIPAA PCI-DSS) is preferred. Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS Azure GCP) identity management encryption and network security. Excellent communication skills both technical and non-technical with experience presenting to executives and technical teams. Consulting mindset : strong problem-solving client-facing experience and ability to lead engagements. Certifications such as CISSP CISM CRISC or equivalent are a plus.
