What you'll need to succeed as a Product Manager at XPO :

Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work or military experience
• 1 year of experience in leading technology-related product activities, positioning products, and partnering with business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear business insights
• Experience supporting pricing, revenue management, or optimization tools
• Familiarity with AI / ML concepts, including supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and model evaluation
