The Infectious Disease Physician provides hospital and clinic care, managing both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. This role involves clinical duties such as hospital rounding, call coverage, and treating patients primarily on weekends and holidays. The physician must be board certified and possess an active medical license, handling approximately 10-14 patients daily in a collaborative environment supported by nursing and medical assistants.

  • Call coverage : 1 weekend / mo, 6am-6am, Sat-Mon
  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm
  • One week of inpatient and one week of outpatient
  • Specific Dates :

Apr 7-11, 14-18, 21-25

  • May 5-9, 12-16, 19-23
  • June 2-6, 9-13, 20
  • Clinical Details
  • Duties include hospital rounding, call coverage, primarily on weekends, and covering shifts on some holidays and when full-time physicians are on vacation
  • Setting : Hospital and Clinic
