• EMR : MEDITECH Expanse EHR
• Specialty Coverage : Orthopedic specialist is on call 50% of the time and lives locally, often making himself available even when not on call; general surgery is on call 30% of the time but does not live locally. If general surgery is needed when they are not on call, a transfer will be required
• Volume : Typically around 23 patients per 24 hours. During peak season (June-August), the volume increases to approximately 29 patients per 24 hours
• Transfers : Smooth transfers to 5+ nearby receiving hospitals. A helipad is available
