Calling all charismatic and vibrant individuals! We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and fun-loving individual to join our team!

What You Will Do

As our Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of the organization, guiding visitors to their destinations. Skillfully manage phone systems, ensuring seamless connections. Keep track of visitors through a log and provide badges as needed, promptly alerting personnel to arrivals. Embrace additional clerical tasks, including word processing, filing, sorting, and mail distribution. Embody the spirit of hospitality and efficiency, playing a pivotal role in the organization's daily rhythm.

  • Be the shining star at our front desk, welcoming visitors with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor
  • Answer phone calls with enthusiasm and guide callers to the right individuals, leaving them impressed by your stellar customer service
  • Exhibit organizational skills as you handle tasks like scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, handling mail and managing conference room bookings
  • Assisting with event planning and coordinating exciting office activities
  • Showcase your multitasking abilities by tackling a variety of administrative tasks

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly
  • Proficiency in basic office software such as Google Suite or MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A can-do attitude, a joyful juggler of tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued
  • This role is an In-Office position and is required to be in the office 5 days a week. No travel is required in this position as it's a site support role. This position reports to the Workplace Solutions Manager out of the Lake Oswego office.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

    Hiring Range : 22.07 - 28.13
