We are seeking an experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where your expertise in Commercial Litigation, Transactional Law, HOA, Business Litigation, and Corporate Litigation will be put to the test. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in these areas and will be eager to take on challenging cases, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the success of our firm. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners and clients to manage cases from inception to conclusion, including conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and presenting arguments in court.

• Represent clients in court and before government agencies, presenting well-reasoned arguments and managing all aspects of trial proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their legal needs are met.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to leverage collective expertise and deliver the best possible legal solutions for our clients.
